How do I file tax credit if I'm pregnant and due February 2021?

I'm also disabled on SSI.

There is no tax credit for being pregnant.  Sorry.   When your child has been born you will be able to enter the child's Social Security number and claim your child next year on a 2021 tax return---in 2022.

Are you married?  If you are single and only get SS, SSDI or ssi you do not have to file a return.
