How do i file the 1099G form? It only has 4 boxes which has social, total payment tax withheld and the year but TurboTax form has numbers 1-4 0 plus more. How do i enter the form without messing thing

If I understand correctly, the boxes that you are seeing on your form do not match the entries in TurboTax. 

If you are referring to your state tax refund form, that that is in the Other Common Income section of Wages & Income. 

If you are referring to a 1099-G for Unemployment, to enter it, that is entered differently. Either way, start with going to the Search Box and entering 1099G. There will be two options listed and you can click on the one that is your situation.

If the form does not have 1099-G written on it, please check what form name is listed. There are many different types of government forms issued and TurboTax typically will match the boxes exactly with the form for your convenience. If your form is different from the 1099-G, enter in that form name in the search box to look for a Jump To link. This will take you to the exact place in the return to enter your details.
