How do i fill out form 8962 for health care credit i never received?

If you did not have a Marketplace health policy in 2019, you do not have to fill out form 8962.

If TurboTax asks about 8962, it could be that there is that form in your tax return, and you'll have to delete it and also form 1095-A if there is one.

Please follow these steps to delete form 8962:

1. In the left hand column , click on Tax Tools then then on Tools
2. On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
3. On the Forms list, find form 8962 and click Delete next to it
4. On the next page, click on Delete selected form
5. Also delete form 1095-A if there is one in the list of forms.
