How do i fill out line D Withholding for form 2210?

During review of my federal return, tubotax asks me to check an entry that doesn't make any sense to me. It opens form 2210 and asks me to fill out Line D. ???

Sounds like TurboTax thinks you have an underpayment penalty to apply. You won't be able to fix that error in the review section, so get out of the review by clicking on Federal Taxes from the left side menu. Search for penalty, then use the Jump to penalty link. You will be taken to the penalty section where you can either have TurboTax walk you through completing Form 2210 or you can check the box to allow the IRS to figure the penalty and bill you later. After you go through that section, run the Review again.
