You will need to call the IRS to receive your Direct Pay Confirmation at 1-800-829-1040. 

When calling the IRS do NOT choose Option 1.   

Choose Option 2 after you choose the language.   

Then Press 1    

Then Press 3   

Then Press 2, it will then transfer you to an agent.

I called the IRS and they couldn’t see anything on their end because I chose to do my direct pay with TurboTax. How do I get confirmation?

Once you leave the IRS direct pay application you are not able to get your confirmation number.

"I lost my Direct Pay confirmation number, can I retrieve it? 
Unfortunately, the Direct Pay application cannot currently retrieve your confirmation number once you leave the application @Balfonso
