If you are logged into Turbotax and not finding your prior year return, you may not be in your correct account.

Or, you may have inadvertently created a new account when trying to log in if you had to reset your password.

Try logging in with the credentials you used last year.

Try to avoid creating a new account if possible. It is best to keep all your returns in the same account for this, and many other reasons.
