How do I find out what to do if my extension was rejected? So far nobody has really helped me.

there's a list of reasons it could be but I don't know which one or how to fix it. IRS is a computer loop, no human. Turbotax person I spoke with was very unhelpful! He told me it was one of the reasons listed...really?

At this point it doesn't matter why your extension was rejected, because it's too late to get an extension anymore. Just file your tax return as soon as you can.

(If you tried to e-file an extension after May 17, it was rejected because it was too late to file an extension.)
