How do I find out which form this message relates to? "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets."

I can't delete state info because I've already paid.

You may get some suggestions in this user forum, but you will likely have to phone Customer Support for assistance.

Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

I did use customer support and they got me to delete state and re-add it back in again ... which solved the problem.  But caused another since I could no longer benefit from my employer-provided one time service code.  Customer support worked hard to find me equivalent service codes but in the end I had to pay an extra $20 which will hopefully eventually get refunded 😉

 

Bottom line ... the original error required deletion of state return and then adding it back in again.
