How do I find the unemployment compensation if I did not receive a 1099-G. I can not find the "Jump To" link described by Turbotax Help

Generally, most government agencies provide a paper copy of Form 1099-G to you by January 31 of the year following the year of payment. If you did not receive a Form 1099-G, check with the state government agency that made the payments to you. Many state agencies will allow you to log into their system and retrieve your 1099-G.

Once you receive your 1099-G, here is how to enter it into TurboTax:

1. Open TurboTax.
2. Search for 1099-G and select the "Jump to 1099-G".
3. On the Did You Receive Unemployment or Paid Family Leave Benefits in 2020? screen, answer Yes.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your 1099-G information.
