How do I finish filing the 8889-T form so it will not take me back to this page?

I have confirmed all numbers on the 8889-T form are correct.

Yes, this happens when I’m running the review. When i go to e-file it says there are a couple things i need to fix on my federal return and it takes me back to filling out the 8889-T form. It looks like it has filled in information for me which I’m reviewed to be correct, so I’m not sure what is still missing.

I can think of a couple of reasons that this might happen, but the Review gives specific messages like line 3 or line 12. Do you see a specific message?

If there are boxes on the 8889 that are highlighted or colored, can you tell me what they are?
