E-file reject F1099R-502-02 happens when the employer’s name or federal EIN (Employer Identification Number) that you entered from your 1099-R Form doesn't match the IRS database.

To fix this rejection you will need to double-check the EIN and fix the number. Also, try removing and re-entering the 1099-R. Please see this TurboTax FAQ, for more information, What is e-file reject F1099R-502-02?
