How do I fix Line D in Form 2210 that TurboTax is miscalculating?

The Form is only showing three boxes so the sum does not match the total. Also, it only allows me to change the value of the first box. How can I fix this?

The 4th quarter earnings and payments have to match the totals for the year so you only need to enter the first 3 boxes of information. Part 2 line D and part 3 payments is where I think you are stuck.
