How do I fix the error for Invalid EIN for my 1099_NEC, have checked multiple times and it is correct but keep getting error

1099-NEC Payer's TIN is listed but no EIN, keep getting error saying the identification number is invalid and it is not

    The taxpayer identification number on a Form 1099-NEC should be nine numbers, so maybe the number listed on the form is deficient a number?
