How do I get 1095-A form if I haven't gotten it yet

The only form I have is a1095-C

    You do not enter a 1095C on a tax return.   You would only get a 1095A if you had health insurance from the marketplace----from healthcare.gov   aka "Obamacare"  aka "Affordable Care Act" insurance.    If you did not have insurance from healthcare.gov then you say no the question about it and keep going in your tax return.

     

    Did you have insurance from the marketplace for part of the year and then switch to the insurance that is on the 1095C?
