How do I get a live person, a CPA ?

    If you need a CPA or EA to assist you with any questions about your tax return then you will need to upgrade to one of the TurboTax Live editions.

      If you have online TurboTax Live you can schedule your Live help.

      You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from  5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time  Monday- Friday
