How do I get a record of what I paid in 2020 on estimated tax payments?

I had written a check to IRS in Nov 2020 which was cashed by IRS on Dec 7, 2020. how does that payment show up on my tax forms?

Enter the estimated tax payments under the Deductions and Credits Section where it says Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.

The information will automatically transfer over to your state return.
