Will Turbo tax let me correct the rejected error

Did the reject happen when you tried to file? I want to make sure that you are not referring to a letter you received some time after filing.

If you were rejected when you tried to e-file, it's as if you did not file at all. This means that you should be able to reopen your return and proceed back to Deductions & Credits->Medical->Affordable Care Act to re-enter the interview and enter the 1095-A (this generates the 8962 in your return).
