How do I get beyond "did either of you make any money in any other state ?" My answer is no, but Nothing happens when I click on continue.

After you enter NO to that question, click the enter button instead of continue button to see If that allows you to move forward. Re-check that section completely to ensure that the entry was added. You may also want to click the refresh icon as well. Keep in mind that Turbo Tax saves all of your entries as you go along, so if you need to reboot, you can pick up right where you left off.
