How do I get money back when Turbo tax makes a mistake and a return is rejected and then I have to submit a paper return?

Turbo tax populated a field on form 8915-F causing it to be rejected. I then tried to refile and it said dependents were already claimed and had to file a paper return. How does Turbo tax get away with this?
