How do I get my copy of Turbotax that my copy of Visa statment says I have paid for but you say I don't have an account for?

ok, when I said "Visa" I was speaking about my "Visa Card".  How do I get my paid for copy of your product?

I need to talk to a live person.  Not one in Timbucktue with a statticy phone.
