If you are looking to view or change a W-2 in TurboTax:

  1. Income & Expenses
  2. Select Job (W-2)
  3. Select the W-2 that you want to change.

If you are looking to add a W-2 into TurboTax:

  1. Income & Expenses
  2. Select Job (W-2)
  3. Enter the Employer ID number (It is just below the company name)
  4. There are two boxes
    1. Upload it from my computer Note: Not all companies are available to Download
    2. Type it myself
  5. Select one and continue through the interview.
