How do I get past Turbo Tax asking me to upgrade to Deluxe. It states "You have a financial account in a foreign country" but I do not. How do I get that corrected?

I do not have any financial accounts in a foreign country.

You have to answer NO to the foreign assets question, and you may need to delete Form 8938 if one was started. To get to the question, search for foreign assets and use the Jump to link.

The question is asked after you finish the income section, so you can also go to the bottom of the income summary and click on Done with Income to see that question, and also the prior year disaster distribution and virtual currency questions.
