How do I get someone to help with school district taxes not being filled correctly for the last 6-years?

When we fill out the forms and submit them through Turbo tax everything is correct. But then I receive notices form the attorney general saying i owe school district taxes. For at least the last 6-years. Am I doing something wrong?
