How do I get tech support from Intuit?

I need to copy my 2019 return from one computer to another due to issues with the first computer. How do I do that?

On your first computer, you can copy your tax file to a USB stick. Your tax file is usually located in C;\Documents\Turbotax and has a name such as 2019 [Your name]Form 1040 Individual Tax Return.tax2019

 

On the second computer, create a folder C;\Documents\TurboTax then copy the tax file from the USB stick to that folder.
