How do I get this platform to work/move beyond "drop in our connection" error?

This platform doesn't work and keeps giving me the connection dropped error (yes, different browsers, different computers, cleared cache, on a phone, on a plane, on a trail, in a box, with socks, everywhere).

@MichelleLO I have tried - and each time upon being transferred to a tier 2 specialist, the call gets dropped, and I have to start over. Can you help get me connected?
