How do I get to "My account" so that I can clear and start over?

How do I get to my account when there is nothing in the right hand corner  other than 'live help'?

 There hasn't been a "My Account" tab for at least 3-4 years.  The website got a makeover 3-4 years ago.  Now you go to Tax Tools in the left menu column to get the "Clear and Start Over" option.

 

Here's how to clear your return and start over, as long as you haven't registered, paid, or filed.  The FAQ even has a video on how to do it.
