    Sorry----TurboTax no longer provides 2019 software.  Even if you can find it on eBay, etc. you will not be able to get updates, state downloads or support for 2019.   Any refund for 2019 has been forfeited.   If you still owe tax for 2019, you owe with late filing penalties and interest.  If you need to prepare a 2019 return you could seek local paid tax help.
