How do I get TurboTax to listen to some suggestions?

Hopefully Turbotax pays attention to these forums for user feedback but I want to list my major requests:

1. Bring back the refund/owe counter so it's always there.

2. Make pricing more transparent.  TT advertises that it costs 0-$109 but makes it impossible to figure out your actual cost until you invested hours of your time  filling out the forms.

3. Stop messing with the interface so much! There is no reason the left side menu bar (Online Edition) can't always be open. I have to click twice on the right side of screen for it to open which is not intuitive and annoying.

4. Stop disabling the print function for the Federal return after I payed for it just because I added an unpaid state return.

We at Intuit TurboTax want our users to be completely delighted with their experience using our products and services, and successful in their financial lives and businesses.

Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience. We encourage you to leave your notes and comments there. “Voice of the Customer” notes and comments are read and acted upon.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can also leave feedback at the Final Steps tab:

It would be nice if documents could be uploaded to the state program.  For example, OHIO requests receipts for Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGO) and ITK1 forms.  So I get a notice from state, thenI have to send them the forms seperately.  This delays my refund.
