The question comes up at the end of your federal tax interview. To revisit the question, click on Federal Review. The screen, Let's double-check the amount you received has the question on which the Recovery Rebate Credit is based.

The Recovery Rebate Credit is only available to those who did not get their third stimulus payment during the early part of 2021. If you already received your stimulus payment, you will not get the credit.
