How do I go to the beginning of Turbo Tax and enter a different work address?

To change your personal address you go to the My info section of TurboTax.

Your mailing address is on the Personal info summary page.

If you are self employed and want to change the business address, you would do that by editing your self-employment information.

Normally you would not change the address on a W-2, you just enter it as it is.
