How do I handle two W-2 forms from same employer?

I will be getting two W-2 forms from the same employer due to a change in payroll companies this year (2023).  The employer name and EIN will be the same but all of the amounts on each W-2 will be different.  How do I handle this on Turbotax?  I've seen people say combine them and others say not to combine them. Thank you.

my son got 2 w-2s with the same SSN and company name. worked at two of their locations. imported each w-2 so the Turbotax file has two but when transmitted no detail of each w-2 is transmitted. The IRS will merely compare the total reported to the info they get from the SSA.  W-2 filed by employers go to the SSA which then transmits federal data to the IRS.  The same scenario has occurred in multiple years and never a peep from the IRS.

However, since no individual W-2 data is transmitted if you want to risk doing the math by yourself you could combine the numbers and enter as 1 w-2. I imported so there was no purpose in doing the combining to eliminate one of the Turbotax's w-2 forms.
