How can I successfully import my w2 from Dillards?

I haven't received my W2 form for Dillards for year 2020.

You can try importing your W-2 in TurboTax using the instructions in this TurboTax Help article:  How do I import or enter my W-2?

 

If you can't import it, you should check with your payroll office to see if it is available online (perhaps on the company's website) and if they sent a paper copy to your correct address.
