How do I import my It's Deductible pdf into Turbo Tax?

I entered all of my items donated to charity on It's Deductible but I can't figure out how to transfer the information into Turbo Tax without re-entering everything.

Go to Personal - Charitable Donations. Your first choice is Import from ItsDeductible Online. Click Start.

When I follow the above instructions and get to the screen to "Do you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?", I say Yes. The next screen says "Choose the charitable donations you want to import" , Uncheck the boxes for donations that you don't want to import into TurboTax" but no boxes appear. If I click "Import Now", it says nothing was imported. BTW: My login and password are the same for both packages. What am I missing?

Scroll down when you get to the “My tax breaks” table. There is a “More tax breaks” button below the table. Once you press the more breaks button search for charitable donations and there you will see the start button and from there the import question comes up.
