I can import my 1099's.  I see no option to import my wife's.  Same brokerage.

while in the program, after finishing importing the first a/c you should see a link that's ask's "add another" click on it then proceed with the login to access the other a/c.

Figured it out.   Go back to the "Did you have any interest" question.  When you get to the "prepare to be impressed" boast, proceed to pick your brokerage, then sign in with her account info this time.

Thanks Mike.  Can you tell me how to find the 1099's I have imported into Turbotax?  I don't think it got them all, and when I 'review' a 1099, it doesn't say which account it is for, which makes it hard to debug.

I ran into this same issue with both my wife and I having accounts at Fidelity. Fortunately TT only saves in cache memory the last set of credentials you used. I selected another institution, such as Schwab and grabbed my 1099's from there, then I went back to Fidelity for a second go at it. This time around TT finally prompted me to enter credentials again and then was able to put in my wife's and download her 1099's.
