You can skip this section if you do not have any deductions, please see the following instructions for more information.

If you are logged in to TurboTax online, select the "Take me to my return button".

  • Select the "Federal" option on the left menu bar, then select "Deductions & Credits" on the top menu in the middle part of the screen.

You may see one of two things here:

  • The option to select "Skip to see all tax breaks" - if you see this, scroll to the bottom of the page and there should be a "Wrap up Tax Breaks" button that you can select to move forward.
  • The "Wrap Up Tax Breaks" button (if you see this just click it to skip this section).

Once you select this button you may see a message appear, but you can just click the Wrap Up Tax Breaks button again to continue forward.

You may still see the option to upgrade depending on answers and info you've entered into your tax return. If your tax situation requires certain other forms to be filed with your tax return then you may be asked to upgrade to a higher version of TurboTax in order to meet those needs.
