How do I make adjustments to my 1040 it says it need review

my to do list says form 1040 lines 9,11,16,18,21,24,33 are blank how do I fill in the blanks

All of these lines refer to a combination of other line numbers.  They all start from a base that is in Box 9.  So Box 9 is the only one you have to be concerned with.

 

Box 9 is your Total Income.  It includes:

  • Wages
  • Taxable Interest
  • Dividends
  • Taxable IRA Distributions
  • Taxable Pension
  • Taxable Social Security
  • Capital Gain/Loss
  • Other income

If the review is referring to Box 9, the issue is in one of those sources of income.
