How do i move on to the health coverage when it keeps telling me that i have missing info or that two people have the same ssn? i have already checked them

  1. Sign in - Continue your/take me to my return
  2. Go to My Account (top right), then Tools (opens Tools Center)
  3. Delete a form (under Other helpful links)
  4. From the Review Form List, delete Personal Info worksheet(s)
  5. Revisit Personal Info, enter the information again
