How do I pay turbotax with a non-US credit card?

Sorry, but that will not work.   It has to be a card based in the U.S.   Is there somewhere that you can purchase one of those "re-loadable" credit/debit cards  from a U.S. bank in the amount you need to pay TurboTax?  Sometimes you can get them at a U.S. embassy, etc. if you are abroad.

The billing address for the card has to be a U.S. address.
