I want to pay what I owe on April 15 how do I get to the payment plan

TurboTax Deluxe Online

To pay the full amount, or to set up a payment plan, you will do this from the very last step of your tax return, "Review and File". You will see three steps. The second step corresponds to "Your refund/payment info", this is where you will choose to either schedule to pay the full amount or set up a payment plan using your bank account and routing information. If you want to pay directly with your debit card instead of account and routing info, you will need to pay from the IRS website. See the links below for additional information
