Solved

How do I preview my tax return before filing? Help steps are not working. I want to see my return before it is filed & before I pay. Thanks.

I think I've tried every possible way, but I keep getting directed to a page that wants to collect payment first.

Preview Form 1040 in TurboTax Online.   Use the directions in the link to see Form 1040 and Schedules 1 - 3.   You will need to pay before viewing the rest of your tax return, but you can see the 1040 and Schedules 1 - 3 without paying.

Use Forms Mode if you are using the desktop software.

Did you try going to Forms to walk through the return? Or back to step one and just 'continue/yes' along the way as you review the return?

I'm not using purchased software. I logged into the Turbo Tax website and enter my information that way, like I do every year. There is no Forms menu option, but thanks for the suggestion. Maybe the purchased software is different because you already paid. I'm not sure, I've never done it that way.

@jul-brown7 When using the TurboTax online editions you will need to pay for the online account before filing to view or print the complete tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
