You can use TurboTax TaxCaster: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/taxcaster/

 

Or you can open your 2018 tax return and go to the estimated taxes for next year section and enter the 2019 information to make the estimates. Type estimated taxes for next year in the search box and click on jump to. Make sure you don't make any changes to you actual 2018 tax return that was filed.
