Please explain what you mean by "refile".  Do you mean you need to re-submit a return that was rejected?  Or do you need to amend a return that has been processed with mistakes?

    rejected, we'll need the reject code to see if we can  provide a solution.   amended, you need to prepare 1040-X click the amended return icon after opening TT
