How do I remove my debit card so I can pay with a check

Pay what--tax due? Go back to the FILE section and remove the debit card information and say you will mail a check to pay your tax.  Then you can either actually mail a check with the 1040V voucher or use the IRS site and pay directly on the IRS web site.  Pay by October 15, 2019.
