how do i remove the 4 payment vouchers and make one payment.

    Those four 1040ES vouchers are not meant for you to use to pay your 2024 tax due.   Those are for making estimated quarterly payments for 2025, to help you avoid a big tax bill next year or an underpayment penalty.  They are optional.

     

    The 1040V is the one to use to make one payment for your 2024 tax due.
