I initially started to file an extension using TurboTax but have now decided to file on time. Turbotax as I complete the review process is requiring me to complete form 4868 and preventing me from finalizing the e-file.
At the top of your screen there is a MyAccount area. Click on that and select Tools. From Tools select Delete a Form. You will be presented a list of forms in your return. You can delete the 4868 extension from the list.
