How do I remove a spouse from my 2024 taxe returns. We divorced in 2024
Sorry you can not remove a spouse, especially if they were listed first as the primary person. You will have to start over with a new account and new return and NOT transfer from 2023.
If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year. Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. Start another Online return here. Sign up and start a new account.
