How do I report cash paid to me from a person who is paid by a company and the 1099 misc is in her name not mine?

Well for starters she has to enter the 1099Misc into her return as income.  Then she can expense what she pays you.

You enter it as cash unless she gives you a 1099Misc in your name from her.

That is self employment income.
You can enter Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe or Premier but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Self Employed version.
