How do I report interest income from 1099 Misc for money market account?

Do I need to enter money market interest from 1099 misc form as accrued?

No it is reported as taxable income thus is not accrued. If you are asking this because you did not actually received the money, it is still taxable even though it was reinvested back into your money market account.
