Question

How do I report interest made on a personal loan made directly to an organization which doesn't provide a 1099-INT?

I do not want to enter in the turbotax 1099-INT field if one wasn't submitted by the payer, though I do want to include it in my income.

Even though you did not get a 1099-INT, you have to enter it in TurboTax as if you did get one. In TurboTax Online that's the only way to enter interest income. All you have to enter is the payer's name and the amount. There is nothing on the tax return that indicates whether the interest was or was not reported on a 1099-INT.
