Any Federal taxes you have paid are reported as Estimated Tax Payments. This topic appears under Federal Deductions & Credits >> Estimates and Other Taxes Paid >> Estimated Tax Payments.

Schedule H tax liabilities (Nanny Tax) are included in the total tax due on your return. The IRS credits you for all estimated taxes paid for the current tax year, regardless of the reason you paid.
